I do wish to congratulate Graham ,and i do have hope for a more measured and sensible approach in this department than that of the previous administration . I am biased in my attitude towards the last administration ,but also know that good things where achieved there. I believe that most people started out with good intentions but some of these were mistaken or became self serving and distorted along the way and that they also were able to be exploited by those for their own agenda.
