Graham Stuart weighs in on the Institute for Fiscal Studies report on education funding

Graham Stuart today said that the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) report on education funding underlines, rather than undermines, the need for change in the way England funds schools.

The IFS report says that unless school funding is reformed it could become less transparent and increasingly unrelated to educational needs.
