An investigation has been launched by Baroness Hayter, Chair of the Legal Services Consumer Panel, after Graham Stuart MP raised concerns over the quality of wills and poor sales practices by some companies. Now the Panel will look at possible regulation of the will-writing industry. Graham Stuart, MP for Beverley and Holderness, has welcomed news KC could soon be allowed to sell landline and broadband services bundled together. The communications industry watchdog, Ofcom, said it hoped the decision would allow KC to offer ‘better value’ packages to customers.
